Prestonville
is a popular feeding station for birds and
squirrels and often enough large parties of human family and
friends.
Carla and I love to cook. We love to barbecue and
grill. We think Texas slow mesquite
smoked brisket is outstanding but make concessions to the Southeast
hickory smoke pork shoulder. I think we've roasted half a million
chickens on our grill's rotisserie (we call them "Twisted Chickens") as
well as an equal number of hamburgers. Our patio has more cooking
surface than the indoor kitchen and in the summer is used when possibe
to "keep the heat out of the house". Our cooking is not limited to
outside only. We do everything and are constantly trying
new things.
I plan on adding a few pictures and favorite recipes to this section, hopefully soon.
